KIERON Dyer has left QPR after the club activated the release clause in his contract.
The utility man's 18-month spell at Loftus Road was hampered by a string of injuries, which restricted him to just eight appearances for the R's.
Dyer scored on his first start under Harry Redknapp in Saturday's FA Cup draw against West Brom, but it was not enough to save him from the axe.
Redknapp told www.qpr.co.uk: "I'd like to thank Kieron for his services to QPR.
"If he can stay clear of injuries I'm sure there's clubs out there that will offer him the chance to play football.
"He wasn't in my plans and I think he's got something to offer someone, so we wish him all the best."
