FLORENT Malouda’s Chelsea nightmare is no nearer to reaching a conclusion, according to manager Rafa Benitez.
The French international was banished to train with the club’s U21s by previous Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo.
Malouda is contracted at Stamford Bridge until the summer but saw moves to Lyon and Brazilian outfit Santos collapse in the close-season
He is he looking to leave the European champions this month but Benitez, who has been told to continue ostracising the winger, says there are no offers on the table.
“Malouda is the same situation,” said the Spaniard. “He is not training with us but I have no more information. At the moment I don’t know [if he will leave] because for now I just concentrate on the players I have.”
Chelsea signed Malouda from Lyon in his native France for £13.7million in 2007.
