WEST Ham have agreed to take Chelsea misfit Yossi Benayoun on a season-long loan.
Benayoun has fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge as Blues owner Roman Abramovich has undertaken a summer revamp of the club's playing staff.
Oscar, Marko Marin, Victor Moses and Eden Hazard have all been brought in to offer competition for places in the Chelsea midfield.
And Benayoun, who spent last season on loan at Arsenal, has been deemed surplus to requirements.
Fulham, QPR and Liverpool has all been linked with moves for the Israel international but he will return to his former club West Ham after a move was thrashed out late on transfer deadline day.
