INTERNACIONAL starlet Oscar could seal a dream move to Chelsea by the end of the week.
THE 20-year-old attacking midfielder is currently preparing to take part in the Olympic Games but has already undergone a medical with Blues medical staff.
Roman Abramovich will reportedly fork out €25million for the wonderkid, paying €10million up front and €15million within the next three years.
The deal was not expected to be completed until after the Olympics but Internacional's president Giovanni Luigi wants the deal finalised quickly.
A meeting between the two parties is understood to have been arranged in Manchester as Brazil gear up for their second Olympic clash on Friday.
Earlier this week, Luigi told a Brazilian radio station that a verbal agreement was in place between the clubs and no hitches are expected as the deal is finalised.
Oscar is keen on a move to Stamford Bridge and is unlikely to need much persuading to join Roberto Di Matteo’s European champions.
He said: "They (my agent and advisers) are sorting those other things out for me, and keeping me informed. I just focus on playing here and on growing and becoming better.
"If I go to Chelsea it will be a dream come true. They are one of the greatest teams in Europe. I am confident I will have a good Olympics and, if I go to Chelsea, I will arrive feeling good."
Brazil begin their Group C campaign against Egypt in Cardiff on Thursday and are looking to win gold for the first time.
Oscar’s capture would push Chelsea’s summer spending past the £60million mark following the capture of Belgian forward Eden Hazard and German wide-man Marko Marin.
