West Brom 3-2 QPR
QPR remain rock bottom of the table after slumping to defeat at West Brom.
Adel Taarabt's wonderstrike and Esteban Granero's first goal for the club proved nothing more than consolations as Albion ran out 3-2 winners to consign Rangers to another defeat.
Albion were ahead on five minutes when Shane Long exposed Clint Hill's lack of pace, and James Morrison was on hand to power home his teasing cross from the right.
And Rangers were fortunate not to fall even further behind moments later when Long blazed over from Morrison's centre.
But the hosts did double their lead midway through the half.
Anton Ferdinand failed to clear Morrison's cross, and Zoltan Gera pounced on the loose ball to slot past Julio Cesar.
However, the visitors halved the deficit 10 minutes before the break through Taarabt.
Esteban Granero's lofted pass found the Moroccan, who took the ball down on his chest before volleying beyond Ben Foster.
Cesar denied Gera on the stroke of half-time as Albion threatened to restore their two-goal cushion with QPR's defence all over the shop.
Hughes hauled off Hill at half-time, with Armand Traore replacing him as the R's looked to shore up the left.
Rangers dominated possession after the interval, but failed to create any clear-cut opportunities.
And it was West Brom who wrapped up victory late on when Youssouf Mulumbu slotted home Markus Rosenberg's cut-back.
Granero pulled one back in stoppage-time with his first goal for the club, and Jose Bosingwa could've snatched a point at the death, but he blazed over.
