JAY Bothroyd insists QPR are big enough to help him get back in the England squad.
The striker (pic) admits that after last season's lone cap he's had no further contact with manager Fabio Capello, but is ready to take his chances with the Premiership new boys.
He said: "It's my form that can get me back into the squad - not the size of the club.
"You could go to a more established team, but I'd rather go to somewhere I was wanted. Neil (Warnock) told me this was the start of something at QPR and I can't see why we can't become big
"It's not going to happen overnight - and I've got to score a few goals - and not just for a couple of months, but all season."
And the man signed on a free transfer from Cardiff is OK about his role as a lone striker for the Hoops.
"In a 4-4-2 you can roam a bit more, and you have to be more disciplined as the lone man - but I'm enjoying it."
